Subject: Complaint against academic corruption, academic fraud, academic cheating, and an unethical academic way of life Dr. Rama Krishna Reddy Kummitha[1] , Dr. B. Jagannatham[2], Dr. Vulli Dhanaraju[3] etc

Dear National Human Rights Commission

The University of Hyderabad is continuously practicing academic corruption, academic fraud, academic cheating, and an unethical academic way of life that produces local, regional, national, and international academic fraud. In 2008, I filed several whistleblower complaints with the university to protect academics from deep-rooted and systematic corruption, but it became a stronghold for academic corruption, with few individual genuine scholars producing genuine knowledge. My complaint against the University of Hyderabad and its systematic or open corruption is not intended to hurt genuine academic scholars but to reveal the truth about the open corruption of certain groups, castes, and associations that are massively corrupting academics in the name of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, caste, untouchability, and race. Unfortunately, I belong to the untouchable caste, but I have been fighting their massive academic corruption in social sciences at the University of Hyderabad and other central and state universities for their personal, professional, and political benefits. I was physically assaulted, humiliated, and dehumanized by Mala caste professors and their puppet organization Ambedkar Student Association (ASA) leaders for writing several whistleblower complaints against their quid pro quo, academic corruption, fraud, and unethical academics in the past. Every student or researcher has the right to have a meritorious academic faculty, but unfortunately, the school of social sciences at the University of Hyderabad is openly violated by recruiting academic fraud, which has sponsored tens of thousands of local, regional, national, and international academic fraudsters like Dr. Rama Krishna Reddy Kummitha, Dr. B. Jagannatham, Dr. Vulli Dhanaraju, and others. I'd like to know Dr. Rama Krishna Reddy's standard English skills, Dr. B. Jagannatham's standard English skills, and Dr. Vulli Dhanaraju's genuine language skills in analyzing their works.I knew them personally since 2008, and they were in Telugu medium from their schooling until their undergrad, but they can’t even write a single paragraph in English or speak a single sentence in English, yet they shocked me by publishing numerous articles and books in reputed academic journals and publication houses like EPW, Sage, etc. I am 100% sure that nothing is written by them, so I want you to conduct a lie detector on Dr. Rama Krishna Reddy, Dr. B. Jagannatham, and Dr. Vulli Dhanaraju and their PhD and M.Phil supervisors and doctoral committee members to determine on what basis they were awarded research degrees when they couldn’t write a single sentence in English.

Hence, I would like to know what the Standard English language is for Dr. Rama Krishna Reddy, Dr. B. Jagannatham, Dr. Vulli Dhanaraju, and others to get M.Phil. and PhD degrees, as well as faculty positions in the English-based central universities in India and London. I would like to know how come the University of Hyderabad’s Professor Nancharaiah, Professor Sudhakar Rao, Dr. KY Ratnam, Professor Hara Gopal, Professor Reddy, and other reserved category professors are awarding hundreds of research degrees to people who do not have scientific evidence of thesis writing skills or awarding without checking scientific evidence of language skills? Every human being has the right to have quality education, quality research, and quality writing. I want to know the academic standards of Dr. Rama Krishna Reddy, Dr. B. Jagannatham, and Dr. Vulli Dhanaraju that should be checked by CSCS, New Delhi, or CSSS-Calcutta or by lie detector test to determine their global academic fraud, corruption, and cheating by Dr. Rama Krishna Reddy and their national academic fraud by Dr. B. Jagannatham and Dr. Vulli Dhanaraju. There have been tens of thousands of academically corrupted professors in India, but this case should send a strong message to those who engage in systematic academic corruption, fraud, cheating, and unethical academic life just like Dr. Rama Krishna Reddy, Dr. B. Jagannatham, and Dr. Vulli Dhanaraju, and their godfathers and godmothers at the University of Hyderabad.

This is my 2010-whistleblower complaint to the then-vice chancellor of the University of Hyderabad, Professor Seyed Hasnain, but my whistleblower complaint against the Center for the Study of Social Exclusion and Inclusive Policy Director and Anthropology Head of Department, Professor Sudhakar Rao, Dr. KY Ratnam, Professor Hara Gopal, Professor Reddy, Professor Nancharaiah,  and other Mala background teachers and researchers, Mala professors, Mala teachers, Mala research scholars, and other reservation holders have been leaked. Dr. Rama Krishna Reddy, Jagannatham, and Vulli Dhanaraju were just like maids to Professor Nancharaiah , Professor Sudhakar Rao, Dr. KY Ratnam, Professor Hara Gopal, Professor Reddy, and other reserved category professors to get their M.Phil. and PhD degrees. Dr. Rama Krishna Reddy was my 2008 colleague at the 100% academically corrupted Center for the Study of Social Exclusion and Inclusive Policy, just like the Center for Ambedkar Studies, and just like other Mala caste background teachers who are awarding hundreds of M.Phil. and PhD degrees to their caste background students and recruiting their students at the cost of merit. The University of Hyderabad strongly practices academic corruption, fraud, plagiarism, nepotism, cheating, and manipulating locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally. Dr. Rama Krishna Reddy from https://www.northumbria.ac.uk/about-us/our-staff/k/rama-kummitha/, Dr. B. Jagannatham from Gujarat Central University, and Dr. Vulli Dhanaraju from Assam Central University could not write even a leave letter in English but are writing and publishing theoretical works in English. How does someone who studied Telugu throughout his education become an overnight theorist in two years and publish dozens of books and articles with Sage and EPW?

Please read my whistleblower complaints to the University of Hyderabad from 2008 to learn about my decades of whistleblower, anti-corruption, and LGBTQ-Human Rights activism.

Dear Mr. Raju,

Thank you for your email expressing your opinion on the recruitment of faculty within the reserved categories at the University of Hyderabad. Let me reassure you that the University of Hyderabd has been making all efforts to recruit the best even within the reserved categories and we will adhere to the same in the next round of recruitment. You may like to emphasize this point to a larger audience and be audible to attract the brightest of the brightest candidates to our University.

With best wishes,

Sincerely yours,

Seyed Hasnain

Subject: Re: Are we really serious about knowledge based society ?

Dear Mr. Raju,

Thank you for your detailed e-mail with regard to recruitment of reserved

category employees - the University in particular and the country in

general. It is very heartening for me to see your concern for the welfare

of the University, as also general development of higher education in the

country. I share your concerns and endorse your views of ensuring quality

education both in the University and the country.

As you may be aware, Universities and Institutions in India have to find

the right balance while recruiting; while taking care of constitutional

obligations by being inclusive, they have to ensure good quality.

Maintaining this fine balance sometimes becomes extremely difficult, since

one cannot do justice to all aspects, resulting in compromise on one or

more issues. We all strive to find the right balance and have devised

time-tested systems such as reputed and renowned persons as experts on

selection committees, getting references from peers, etc.

All said and done, heads of Universities and institutions cannot (and

perhaps should not) interfere in the selection processes of the respective

departments, which are largely left to the Departments concerned and can

only witness the selection process at the interview stage. It is left to

the experts in the subjects concerned who have the final say, since the

Vice-Chancellors cannot enforce his/her will on the board. A large part of

it is left to the collective wisdom of all concerned. Heads of

Institutions can only give direction to policy and lay down the ideals and

set standards of excellence. Individual integrity cannot be enforced by

rule of law or laying down policy and can only come from the parties

concerned.

However, all is not lost. As long as we have bright young scholars like

you, who are concerned with quality of education, I am sure we will see

good things in future.

With best wishes,

Sincerely yours,

Seyed E. Hasnain

Dear Hon'ble Vice Chancellor and Hon'ble Pro-VC,

I am happy to know that you are going to recruit for teaching positions on campus. It's wonderful to hear about the vacancies, but I'm disappointed about the recruiting RESERVATION vacancies.  I have written earlier to you to save the spirit of the academy by recruiting scholarly teachers from the reservation category at least in future recruitments. I hope you are going to recruit meritorious teachers in the reservation categories in the school of social sciences, in particular. The school of social sciences is deteriorating in terms of knowledge creation on a daily basis as a result of the heavy entry of reservation sections with the support of their godfathers and godmothers. I hope you will take the necessary steps to stop this inadequate scholarship of reservation holders, particularly in the school of social sciences. If you do not think of merit, then the university will no longer stand for its rank. Even eminent social scientists like Satish Deshpande and Jodka have left the campus because of non-academic activities in the school of social sciences by the reservation holders. Those who are violating the spirit of the academy in the name of the Father of the Indian Constitution, or Ambedkar, are mostly students and teachers with a social science background. As a result, I respectfully request that you not hire teachers from this university's reservation categories. It will take strength for the "violators" to disturb the spirit of the academy in the name of caste. Unfortunately, the father of the Indian Constitution has been encashed by his followers. Regrettably, I fall into this category. As a result, I respectfully request that you fill the reservations of the deserving scholars. And please do not entertain "God Fathers" in the social sciences. Already, "god fathers" in our social sciences have started to recruit their candidates at the expense of others' merit.

Sir, last time, Anthropology Professor Sudhakar Rao, former Director of the Centre for the Study of Social Exclusion and Inclusive Policy, recruited his own candidates at the expense of others' merit. Now, at least, I am begging you: please recruit the SC, ST, and OBCs with a good academic background. If you really want to develop the reservation holders' academic skills and intellectual level, then please recruit the faculties who can argue academically, scholarly, linguistically, and efficiently with good communication, writing, and reading skills. Most of the reservation holders, be they teachers or M.Phil. or Ph.D. students, are not fit for research on this campus. It does not mean that general categories are worthy of it. There are some who are not meritorious, but there are very few in the social sciences.

Sir, while you are recruiting for reservation vacancies, please do not give priority to the Telugu-speaking reservation holders. We have problems with Telugu-speaking reservation sections only in the academy. These Telugu-speaking teachers and scholars are violating the spirit of the academy by forcefully bringing students into their associations in the name of CASTE. Most of their research theses are plagiarized. Please give priority to the non-Telugu-speaking reservation holders while filling the reservations. They do not learn how to speak, write, or read English. But they will blame the dedicated scholars in the name of CASTE.

Our university has to compete with CSSS, Calcutta; CSDS, New Delhi; CSCS, Bangalore; CDS, Kerala; IIAS, Shimla; and JNU in terms of quality of education in the school of social sciences. I am really welcoming JNU's stand on anti-reservations for this reason. I appreciate Professor Emeritus TK Oomen's stand on this. Some of the godfathers in the school of social sciences are publishing their articles in reputed journals like EPW with their students' names as co-authors, just to make their students in the social sciences teachers on our campus. I think if you see the recent article by human rights professor Hara Gopal in the EPW, then you will understand what kind of politics are going on to make their students their hereditary servants to flatter them forever. The co-author (Jagannatham) of the article on human rights can't even write a single sentence in English and can't speak English.

Sir, I beg you to please hire reservations as faculty and scholars with strong scholarly credentials. We do not want teachers without any skills, particularly in this reservation category. We want teachers who can compete with  or produce knowledge like Romila Thapar, Partha Chatterjee, Gopal Guru, Upendra Bakshi, Satish Deshpande, Ashish Nandi, Tk Oomen, Sharmila Rege, Veena Naregal, Susie Tharu, Shashi Hedge, Sanjay Palshikar, Etc

I hope you will take the necessary steps to recruit meritorious teachers in the reservation sections. Hence, I request that you please save the spirit of the academy from the inadequate scholarship holders and God's fathers. If you do not hire deserving teachers in this category, people like Satish Deshpande, Jodka, and others who have left may leave this campus in search of a place where they can interact with good academicians, scholars, and rationales to develop contemporary theories and praxis. We have to create another John Rawls and a Robert Nazick in the academy.

Sir, thank you so much for reading my request letter patiently, and I hope that you will not forget my letter while recruiting teachers under the RESERVATION CATEGORIES.

Thank you
Sincerely

Subject: Requesting your feedback about your former student, Dr. Kumitha Ramakrishna Reddy's academic scholarship

Dear Professor Dr. Manjari Katju, Dear Professor Dr. Sanjay Palshikar, Dear Professor Jyotirmaya Sharma

I would like to request that you give feedback about your former students in the Department of Political Science listed below, about whom I made a whistleblower complaint against their academic corruption, plagiarism, and academic fraud in publishing theoretical works in Economic & Political Weekly, Oxford University Press (OUP), Sage, Elsevier journals, Rutledge, etc. They are publishing theoretical articles without having basic English language skills. I know your former students and their academic plagiarism, academic fraud, and academic corruption while they were MA, M.Phil., and Ph.D students in your School of Social Sciences (SSS) at the University of Hyderabad(UoH). Their entire academic journey has been a corruption of academic integrity till now. For example, Jagganntham (SC) from the Central University of Gujarat, N Sukumar (SC) from Delhi University, Vulli Dhana Raju (SC) from the Central University of Assam, and Kummitha Rama Krishna Reddy (OC). Your former Political Science student, Dr. Jagganntham, has submitted his M.Phil and Ph.D theses without having any Basic English language skills. He published an EPW article as a main author with Professor Hara Gopal without having any Basic English language skills, and he published his article in an OUP edited book and edited a Rutledge book without having any basic English language skills. Your former Political Science student, Dr.N Sukumar, has submitted his M.Phil and Ph.D theses without having any Basic English language skills. He published an EPW article as the main author and will keep on publishing. Your former Political Science student, Dr. Ramakrishna Reddy Kumitha, has submitted his M.Phil and Ph.D theses to the Center for the Study of Social Exclusion and Inclusive Policy (CSSEIP) without having any Basic English language skills. He published an EPW article, a book by Sage, and more than a dozen research articles in Elsevier journals. Your School of Social Science student, Dr. Vulli Dhana Raju, has submitted his M.Phil and Ph.D theses without having any Basic English language skills. And he has published dozens of articles and books with various publication houses. These are a few examples of why I made a whistleblower complaint against their (Dr. Ramakrishna Reddy Kumitha) academic corruption journey from your department to UNO University in Japan to Italy to Belgium to the UK.

Through my whistleblower complaint, I have been fighting against academic corruption, academic fraud, and academic plagiarism against my own untouchable caste in Indian universities through my whistleblower complaint. Now Northumbria University is investigating Dr. Ramakrishna Reddy Kumitha’s academic plagiarism and academic corruption with my complaint. Hence, I would like to request that you give your feedback about your former student. I am requesting you three because you are all committed scholars and have read your works in OPU books and EPW. I can’t ask any SC, ST, BC, or Human Rights Professors since they are part of this systematic corruption. Your colleagues, Professor Nancharaiah, Professor Hara Gopal, Professor K Y Ratnam, Professor Krishna Reddy, Professor Ramabrahmam, Professor Reddy, Professor Chandrasekhar, and Professor Eashwaraih, have produced thousands of academically corrupted M.Phil and PhD students over a period of time. Professor K.Y. Ratnam, Professor Nancharaiah, Professor Sudhakar, Professor Hara Gopal, and Professor Sripathi Ramudu are godfathers for these academically corrupted people. They themselves are corrupted and have never been part of academic life. They never published any academic work in their lifetimes except plagiarized works. I knew of Professor K.Y. Ratnam’s academic corruption. He takes money and gifts from his M.Phil and PhD students to accept their thesis work. He is the godfather of the Ambedkar Students Association (ASA). He produced hundreds of academically corrupted SC students with M.Phil and PhD degrees.

Hence, I would like to ask you to give your honest feedback about the academic scholarship of your former student, Dr. Kumitha Ramakrishna Reddy, in English writing (https://www.northumbria.ac.uk/about-us/our-staff/k/rama-kummitha/). Is it possible to write M.Phil and PhD theses research pages and publish them in English without having any Basic English language skills? They never address any proofreaders or editors in their English writings, so they never meet any native English speaker or authenticated person in India who can edit a poorily written English manuscript to make it a perfect theoretical work in English. I knew all of these people personally, and their entire schooling and college was in the language of Telugu. The irony is that they can’t even read English text; they can't even understand English but are publishing theoretical articles in English. This is the irony of their academic background. However, they earned their M.Phil, PhD, and PDF degrees and went on to become international, national, and regional university teachers, publishing theoretical works without ever touching a book.

Hence, I am contacting you to give your valuable feedback to the investigating Pro Vice-Chancellor, Northumbria University, UK. I have made several whistleblower complaints against SC faculties and research in your SSS and UoH to your former VC but in vain. Please go through my 11-year-old whistleblower complaint against the academic corruption of SC professors and SC researchers in SSS at UoH. It was futile. I was forced to discontinue my PhD due to a physical attack by ASA members after my whistleblower complaint leaked. Future generations should access the original writings of original scholars who have dedicated their lives to knowledge production. They can’t have corrupted people’s writings. We should stop academic corruption in any form, irrespective of their caste and religious affiliations.

My life is at high risk since I am an anti-corruption activist, whistleblower activist, and LGBTQ activist, so kindly do not leak my letter to any Dalit or ASA people or their sympathizers.

Please go through my attached files to see the academic publications of the above people.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Silence is not an option!

Thank you

Kind Regards
